313.CASH // TERMS & SMS PROGRAM

Effective July 15, 2026. These terms cover the 313.CASH website and the 313.CASH SMS program.

SMS program and consent

313.CASH sends recurring, user-directed account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward messages. Messages may include phone-verification codes, temporary web keys, account setup, support replies, account-menu choices, secure links to account help, and requested loyalty-reward program information.

You may opt in by checking the separate SMS-consent box in your signed-in 313.cash profile, saving your phone number, and completing phone verification, or by texting GO, SKODEN, or JOIN to (313) 285-3330. SMS-only account creation also requires you to review these terms and reply AGREE. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation and then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, visit the 313.cash guide, or email [email protected]. Full instructions are in the SMS Opt-Out Policy.

Account, security, and loyalty rewards

Your verified phone number identifies your account in SMS and may be entered in the web login box. Protect verification codes and temporary web keys, replace a temporary key after your first web login, and tell us promptly if your phone or account is compromised.

SMS-only accounts are new accounts. The SMS flow does not attach a phone number to an existing email account; an existing member must sign in and verify the phone from Profile.

Loyalty rewards are deterministic account benefits governed by disclosed program rules. SMS may provide requested reward information and transactional confirmations; it does not promise profit, investment returns, or winnings.

SMS scope and eligibility

The 313.CASH SMS program is limited to account creation, identity verification, login security, customer care, and deterministic loyalty-reward information or confirmations. Loyalty rewards do not depend on chance. Features outside this scope are not promoted or transacted by text. Any feature offered separately on the signed-in website remains subject to its own on-screen terms and controls.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to create an account where you are located. 313.cash may restrict or disable access to meet legal, carrier, security, or operational requirements.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, mobile, consent, and message information. We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
