Effective July 15, 2026. This policy explains how 313.CASH handles information when you use the website, an account, or the 313.CASH SMS program.

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile information; your phone number and verification status; SMS content and media you send; message-delivery records; opt-in, opt-out, and consent records; support requests; authentication and security events; loyalty-reward account activity; device and log information; public blockchain addresses and transaction data; and actions you stage or complete through the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify phones, deliver requested account and loyalty-reward messages, operate account-help menus, provide customer care, confirm member-requested reward activity, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain consent records, comply with law and carrier rules, diagnose problems, and improve the service.

Mobile information and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide information to service providers that process it only as needed to operate 313.cash, such as communications, hosting, security, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. These limited operational disclosures do not permit a recipient to use SMS consent or mobile data for its own marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, secure accounts, document consent and opt-out requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online or messaging system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the 313.cash SMS program or HELP for help. You can also change SMS consent and phone information from your signed-in Profile. The SMS Opt-Out Policy explains every opt-out method and what happens after a request. To ask about, correct, or delete account information, email [email protected]. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, consent records, or law.

Age and updates

313.cash is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
