313.CASH // SMS PROGRAM
Effective July 15, 2026. 313.CASH provides the recurring account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward SMS program described on this page.
What we send
Messages may include phone-verification codes, temporary login keys, SMS-only account setup, account-menu choices, security notices, replies to support requests, and requested loyalty-reward program information. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Loyalty rewards are deterministic account benefits governed by disclosed program rules and do not depend on chance. Features outside the account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward scope are not promoted or transacted by text.
Website enrollment
- Sign in to 313.cash and open Profile.
- Add one mobile number.
- Check the separate, unchecked box labeled: “I agree to receive recurring 313.CASH account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward messages at this number.”
- Save the profile and complete the six-digit phone-verification step.
The disclosure beside the checkbox states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and users may reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. The system records the account, verified number, consent state, and verification time.

Text-message enrollment
A person may text GO, SKODEN, or JOIN to (313) 285-3330. The first response identifies 313.CASH, confirms recurring account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward enrollment, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and gives HELP and STOP instructions. An SMS-only account is created only after the person chooses an alias, reviews the terms, and replies AGREE.
Existing email accounts are never linked by an inbound text. An existing member must sign in, check the consent box, and verify the number in Profile.
Help and opt out
Reply HELP or INFO for help. Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, OPTOUT, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. An opt-out is honored immediately; after one confirmation, no further program messages are sent unless the person separately opts in again. Reply START or UNSTOP to re-enroll by text.
