313.CASH // SMS OPT-OUT POLICY

Effective July 15, 2026. You control whether 313.CASH may send recurring account, security, customer-care, and loyalty-reward text messages to your mobile number.

How to opt out

Reply with any of these standalone keywords: STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, OPTOUT, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Keywords are handled without regard to capitalization.

You may also sign in to 313.cash, open Profile, turn off the SMS-consent checkbox, and save. For assistance, email [email protected].

What happens next

We honor an opt-out immediately. You may receive one confirmation of the request. After that confirmation, no further messages from the 313.cash SMS program will be sent to that number unless you separately opt in again. An opt-out disables automated sending and is retained as a suppression record so the request continues to be respected.

Reply HELP or INFO for program and support information. To re-enroll after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP, or sign in to 313.cash, open Profile, affirm the SMS-consent checkbox again, and verify the mobile number if prompted. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
